SHIPPING POLICY
Attention!!! We are not liable for lost or stolen packages. ALL shipments require a signature for delivery. We recommend inputting a shipping address where you know someone will be available to accept the package.
Please examine your package before signing for it.
Note: We ship via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. We ship in a Cheveux Extensions box within the shipping box. Hold package firmly shake to detect that the content is inside. If it seems hollow, refuse the package.
We only ship products to confirmed addresses. If the shipping address is not the same as the billing address connected with your ATM/Debit/Checking Account it may not confirm. Shipping inside the US may take 3-5 business days. We ship Monday – Friday. All domestic shipping fees will be $20 Flat Rate Fee.
Shipping Transit Times:
USPS/UPS ALERT: Certain packages may take longer than usual to arrive. If your order has a delivery issue, please follow up with the specific carrier. If you have not received an email with your tracking info after 3 business days, please check your junk/spam folder, before contacting us. Shipping emails are sent to the email address you entered at checkout, when placing your order. Please be sure to enter the correct shipping address, on both the site and payment site. Also, please be sure your mailing address is complete and correct. (Including apt and house numbers), as we are not able to change your address once the order is completed.
Please note that the shipping time frame during sales extends to 7-14 business days. Once your order is placed we will not cancel or refund any pending orders.
Holiday Processing
Orders placed on or within 5 days of a holiday will be shipped via normal ground transportation. Please order to allow for shipping delays during this time.
Order Fulfillment
To guarantee that your package is correctly delivered, and you obtain your order within the time frame advertised, please make sure your address, phone number and email are entered correctly. We do not take responsibility for incorrect information. Shipping fees are non-refundable for all returned or refused packages.
We ship to all APO/FPO addresses using USPS.
Unverifiable Addresses
Should we have problems verifying your address using the USPS or UPS tracking system, your order processing may be delayed. Please use the same formatting that the USPS uses when delivering your mail. Include apartment or suite numbers and always make sure you are using the correct zip code and city.

RETURN POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS. Allow 2-3 days to process and ship your order. All Orders will require a signature for delivery. No Exceptions
UPON APPROVAL OF MANAGEMENT
You may exchange for the same purchase price if contacted within 2 business days of delivery. Hair must be in the original state cannot be altered and must be returned in the original packaging. There is a $20 restocking fee for ALL exchanges. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to us.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Cheveux Extensions is not responsible for any lost/damage packages. A signature is required on all packages to avoid stolen shipments. We will not issue any refunds if your package is returned to Cheveux Extensions. We will contact you once your package arrives for reshipment. Re-shipping charges will be your responsibility.
